- Thaw under refrigeration, then prior to cooking let it reach room temperature.
- Rub both sides with your preferred oil to prevent drying or sticking.
- To lock in natural flavors and juices, sear both sides over high heat, then reduce to medium heat to complete cooking.
- Use tongs to turn your beef.
- Using a fork will drain natural juices.
- Remove from grill, pan or oven 10 degrees before it reaches the desire temperature, and let it sit for 8-10 minutes.
